Most of our knitted hats & neck warmers are made from premium acrylic yarn which is dried acrylic, easily washable, static resistant, anti-allergic, itch-free, deformation resistant after wash, etc. unlike most cotton products that are relatively vulnerable to deformation, such as shrinking or loosing depending on water temp and the length of wearing. Fortunately we have not been informed of any serious cases or warranty issues caused by the quality problems from our hundreds of wholesalers and retailers.
